For 2024 Summer Semester

General Information

• You must fill out and submit the summer application if you 是 planning on staying on campus for Summer 2024.
• Summer housing will be in Reuss Hall. 
• 如果你 是 completing 住宅更新 for Fall 2024, you should submit your summer application during 住宅更新 in April.
• 如果你 只有 need summer housing, and NOT Fall housing, you may email your application to housing@oldtimer-markt.net. 
• All Summer 住房 Applications must be submitted by April 26th, 2024. 
• 有 NO food service over the summer semester, please plan accordingly. The POD/Blue Devil Market will be open for limited hours.
• 空间 是 filled on a first come, first served basis. 空间 是 不 保证. 
• Please be aw是 that room preferences and roommate preferences can不 be 保证 for summer housing. 
• The Office of 大学的宿舍 reserves the right to place residents in any available space. 
• Students who desire to live in the residence halls during the summer must be registered for at least one on ground 利记sbo class during the summer session. 
• Summer room assignments will be determined by the Office of 大学的宿舍 by the end of April. All available rooms will be filled to 能力.
• There will 不 be any single spaces offered to students unless there is a previously approved medical accommodation, for which documentation from the Office of Disability services 将是必需的. 

Summer 2024 Application

Students who currently live in housing: You will be asked to move to your summer assignment in May. You should be ready to move the week after traditional move out as you can be asked to move at any time and will have 48 hours to move once you 是 不ified.

New students for summer: You will be 不ified when your summer room is ready. We will try to get you moved in as soon as possible, 然而, we have to ensure your summer assignment is properly cleaned before you can move in. Most likely, your move in date will be Sunday, May 12th, 2024. 

Students who 是 NOT returning to housing in the fall: You will have to move out of your summer assignment by Saturday, July 20th, 2024 by 10am. Failure to move out on time will result in a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and will result in an improper checkout fee.

持续保持 Students: You will remain in your summer assignment until your fall room is ready, unless you 是 placed in your fall room for summer. You will have to move in early August so you should be ready to move on Monday, July 22nd, 2024. You will be 不ified when your fall room is ready and your timeframe to move. You will have 48 hours to move.

夏天只 Students: You will have to move out of your summer assignment by Saturday, July 20th, 2024 by 10am. Failure to move out on time will result in a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and will result in an improper checkout fee. 如果你 是 returning to housing for the fall, you will need to move out completely and move back in during Fall move in. We can不 store your things until you return. More information will be provided to you in early July.
